Your Favorite Enemies are a Canadian band formed in 2006 by Alex Foster (vocals), Jeff Beaulieu (guitar), Sef (guitar), Ben Lemelin (bass), Miss Isabel (vocals and keyboard) and Charles Moose Allicy (drums).
The six musicians created the label Hopeful Tragedy Records in April 2007 to offer the self-produced five-song EP and fan-exclusive And If I Was To Die In the Morning, Would I Still Be Sleeping With You, which was released on June 1, 2007. On June 17, 2008, they released their first enhanced CD, Love Is A Promise Whispering Goodbye. In 2008, they worked with Japanese video game composer Takeharu Ishimoto to arrange, write lyrics for, and perform three songs on the soundtrack to Dissidia: Final Fantasy.
Your Favorite Enemies are spokespeople against racism for Amnesty International, and are also committed to the organization called Rock N Rights, which they founded themselves. They also have participated a few times to the Canadian Music Week. And Billborad (USA) have written “Online Exclusive: Five Canadian Acts Burning Their Way To International Stardom”.
